Eleven years of mentoring with an organisational psychologist's oversight and having worked with professional coaches, I understand the difference a coach or mentor can make to performance at an individual or team level. Programs can be one on one, or team growth and improvement sessions can be facilitated. Action plans can be agreed, and KPIs developed with your team/ team member.

These services can be performed on an hourly basis and, although some face to face time is ideal, remote work can be performed.
